This leads to information delays, data duplication, and a lack of efficiency and transparency. This research aims to design and develop a web-based construction service information system to improve project management efficiency, accelerate administrative processes, and enhance communication. The methods used include observation, interviews, literature review, and a system design approach using UML. Development was carried out using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database, while system testing was conducted using the Black Box method. The results show the designed system can manage project data structurally, support real-time monitoring, and provide transparent information access to clients. With this system, CV. PT. Cakra Tekno Nusantara, through its Any Sustainability platform, still faces limitations in transaction management and inventory tracking. This research aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce system to enhance transaction efficiency and support the sale of eco-friendly products. The methods include observation, interviews, literature studies, and system development using Unified Modeling Language (UML), followed by Black Box Testing. The results show that the system can automate transaction processes, product management, and order tracking. The company’s sales process is still conducted conventionally through direct communication and social media, which limits market reach and efficiency. This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce system to expand marketing reach, improve transaction efficiency, and simplify the purchasing process for customers. The research methods include observation, interviews, literature studies, and system development using the Waterfall model and Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results show that the developed e-commerce system can manage product, order, and transaction data in an integrated manner.
