<p><strong> Publikasi Pengabdian Masyarakat Komputer dan Teknologi (PUNDIMASKOT)</strong> merupakan hasil karya tulis pemikiran ilmiah dari pengembangan kerangka berpikir bersumber dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan lakukan atau dilaksanakan oleh seseorang dan/atau kelompok. Kami selaku pengelolah berharap bahwa karya tulis yang dikirimkan ke PUNDIMASKOT Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM), pastikan belum pernah diterbitkan pada pengelola Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di tempat penerbit yang lain dan bukan Plagiasi dari karya tulis orang lain. kami hanya menerima karya orisinal dari penulis. Jika dikemudian hari tidak terbukti orisinal atau ada yang klaim kepemilikan karya tulis yang di publikasikan ke PUNDIMASKOT, kami menegaskan bahwa pengelola tidal bertanggung jawab, segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan karya tulis yang di kirimkan untuk publikasi di PUNDIMASKOT merupakan tanggung jawab penulis. Karya Mitra Insani

<p>Kebutuhan akan sistem informasi absensi yang efektif dan terintegrasi semakin krusial dalam mendukung kinerja manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya pada perusahaan penyedia jasa outsourcing. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas peserta dalam melakukan analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi absensi di PT Karya Mitra Insani. Materi pelatihan mencakup pemetaan proses absensi menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) serta desain basis data melalui Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Selain itu, peserta dilatih untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dalam sistem absensi manual yang berjalan, serta merancang solusi berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi operasional. Metode pelatihan melibatkan pendekatan praktis melalui studi kasus, diskusi kelompok, serta simulasi pembuatan DFD dan ERD untuk sistem absensi karyawan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui tes pemahaman dan analisis hasil kerja peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep sistem informasi, keterampilan dalam menyusun DFD dan ERD yang sesuai standar, serta kesiapan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem absensi digital yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan terintegrasi dengan sistem penggajian perusahaan. Temuan ini mempertegas pentingnya pelatihan berbasis praktik dalam memperkuat kompetensi teknis analisis sistem di lingkungan bisnis modern.</p>Abdul Jaelani Bernadus Gunawan Sudarsono

<p>This training aims to enhance participants' understanding of the importance of information system analysis in the development of chat features for marketplace applications at PT. LinxChat. The main focus of the training is on mapping business process flows using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and designing databases with Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). In addition, participants are equipped with practical skills to analyze the current systems, identify issues, and design more efficient and structured system models to improve the performance of the marketplace application. The training results show a significant improvement in participants' understanding of fundamental system analysis concepts, their ability to accurately create DFDs and ERDs, and their readiness to implement technology-based solutions that support and accelerate the digitalization needs of modern marketplaces. <p>This training aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) through the analysis of a digital-based recruitment system, with a primary focus on workflow mapping using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) as the foundation for modern information system design. The training adopts a systematic analysis approach based on information technology to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of digital transformation in improving the accuracy, speed, and transparency of recruitment. Through this activity, participants are equipped not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical skills to analyze manual systems, identify weaknesses, and design more structured and integrated system models. The results of the training indicate a significant improvement in participants' abilities to develop DFDs and ERDs according to information system development standards, thereby strengthening the readiness for implementing a more effective and accountable digital recruitment system. This digitalization is expected to accelerate the selection process, reduce administrative errors, enhance public trust in the integrity of the recruitment process, and promote the creation of an adaptive and responsive human resource management system in the digital era. <p>In the digital transformation era, managing risks and quality control in software development has become crucial for the success of technology products, particularly in the education sector. This training aimed to enhance participants' understanding of risk information system analysis and quality control in the development of "Kelas Pintar" software at PT. Extramarks Education Indonesia. The training materials covered risk identification, creation of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and User Interface (UI) design. The training method employed direct observation, interviews, literature studies, case studies, and simulations of risk analysis and quality control. Evaluation was conducted through analysis of participants' work results, including DFDs, ERDs, and system improvement recommendations. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the importance of risk information systems and quality control implementation, as well as technical skills in system analysis documentation.
